Postpartum is the hardest thing that a Mom can go through, with the new body changes, becoming a new version of yourself, making sure that your new baby is being well taken care of, as well as your other kiddos - if you have them.. All while lacking sleep. Postpartum is a wild, but beautiful journey, and it is very easy to put yourself last during this journey!
Losing weight is difficult, and a very slow process, especially when inconsistent. After having my first daughter I struggled with weight loss, and was unable to lose weight for about 1 1/2 year.
When I finally started to lose weight, I got pregnant again!! LOL. My lifestyle, and eating habits were not the best after having my first daughter, and I did not prioritize exercise and a few other things like I have during my second postpartum journey.
With that being said, I have focused on prioritizing my mental and physical health this time around, and would love to share a few tips with you on how to lose weight all from the comfort of your home in order to become a healthier, and happier version of YOU!
